LIFE'S QUANDARY
Advancing toward another risks involvement.
Open joviality risks appearing foolish.
An expression of feelings risks rejection.
Public weeping risks appearing too emotional.
Verbalizing one's dreams and ideas risks ridicule.
Expressing love risks being unrequited.
Fearlessly striving toward goals risks failure.
Yet, the ultimate err of life is risking nothing.
One who risks nothing, accomplishes nothing, attains nothing, and is nothing.
This may initially suppress the surface pain of suffering and sorrow, but it also eliminates the chance to experience, learn, change, express, love and grow.
A soul residing in this false asylum, is self-enslaved.
"RISK" insures infinite possibilities.
The only route to "True Freedom."
